Large global client is looking to recruit for 2 helpdesk support contractors with at least 2 years previous helpdesk experience. Candidates will be responsible for telephone and email queries from users, troubleshooting issues around Windows 2000 and Outlook. Candidate will ideally have worked within service level agreement environments previously.
